This costume was made by Amity Cook over the summer and we voted to reimburse the $65 for the materials. 10. PTO determined that meetings will be held the 2nd Monday of the month at 7pm. 11. Babysitters for meeting- We will continue to have child care available during meetings. Providers are early childhood development students from MSUM. 12. Rock Climbing Wall- the PE teachers are researching having a climbing wall in the new gym. The cost is estimated to be $5324-$8969 depending on size and options selected. Since the gym is a joint project with the Fargo Park District, Dr Sheldon will be checking to see if it is ok to install in that space. The PE teachers will continue to research other sources of funding as well, and get back to us with their more specific needs. The general consensus seemed to be that we would be willing to provide some financial support when we were better able to confirm our budget. We tabled the discussion until the next meeting. 13. Other business. A motion was made to offer funds for busses for the Kindergarten field trip to the Osgood Fire Station. Students have walked in the past. Dr Sheldon advised they had the funds to do that through the school budget, but that in doing so, they may need assistance for other field trips that may arise later in the year. We already have funds budgeted for field trips, so the school will go ahead and arrange the busses for that field trip. 14. Our next meeting will be Monday, October 10th at 7pm in the Commons area at Osgood K-1 Center.
